The marketplace
Oriq is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent, verified sellers. Each product is sold by the seller named on its page, who is responsible for the product, its warranty and the GST invoice.
Your account
You must be 18 or older, or use the site under a guardian's supervision. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Prices & payments
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. Prices and stock may change until your order is confirmed. Payments are processed securely by authorised payment partners.
Orders, delivery & returns
Order confirmation, delivery, cancellation and refunds follow our Shipping, Returns and Cancellation & refund policies, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, post false reviews, infringe others' rights or attempt to disrupt our systems. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Sellers
Sellers must list genuine products, ship on time, honour returns and warranties, and comply with applicable laws including GST.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oriq's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction. Contact us at hi@oriq.in.
