• Sellers fulfilling your order — only the details needed to ship it
• Payment gateways, banks and courier partners
• Authorities when required by law

Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements such as tax records. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hi@oriq.in. Complaints can be raised with our Grievance Officer.
